10 Tracking Application
The colour choices were decided through the research of colour psychology and symbolism. The colour allocation rule of 60-30-10 was implemented to have the main colour as green, the sub colour as white, and accents of purple. This creates a visually stable composition and the secondary colour of white supports the dominant green. The accent colour purple is used to create focal points and highlight key functional elements (Munro, 2019). Green was chosen as the main colour because of its nature to provide users with a safe, refreshing, and calming feeling.

Summary
Feedback from the data collecting methods was integrated and a security system was added by having to use Face ID or passcode when entering the application. The sharing on-and-off button is also visible most of the time. This was done to meet the privacy criteria determined by the previous report and to ensure the usage is as ethical as possible.
The Figma mockup is evaluated against Norman’s Design principles - visibility, feedback, constraints, mapping, consistency, and affordance - to make detailed adjustments (Preece et al., 2002). While the pages are not overcrowded with information, the functions are easily visible and allow the users to understand the flow of the design.
By constraining the functions and grouping them into different pages, it also allows users to navigate through the design easily. The users can get active feedback from the changes of colour (shades) from the buttons and things they click. Light green and purple have very different tonal values which increase the accessibility for people with needs.
The buttons are all labelled and created with existing knowledge so that users are already familiar with the functions and layout. The design elements were carefully chosen so that the design has a very consistent colour palette, typography, and icons throughout.
